At Stonelands Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our Return and Refund Policy below. This policy applies to all products we sell, including food, clothing, skincare, and any other items we may offer.

2.1 Terms of Return

• General Returns: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange on most items.
   
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as food products, skincare, and opened or used items.
   
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return procedure, and we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
   

2.2 State of Return
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

• Clothing and Skincare: Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all original labels and packaging intact.
   
• Food Products: Due to health and safety regulations, food products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
   
• Other Products: Any other items you wish to return must be in their original, unused condition, and returned with all original packaging and labels.
   

2.3 Reason for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a return and refund.
   
• Incorrect Product Received: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it or provide a refund.
   
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind, returns are accepted for clothing and certain other products (excluding food and skincare items), provided they are in their original condition.
   

2.4 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@stonelands.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how to return the product.

2.5 Return Postage Costs
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect products). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

2.6 Process of Refund
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Clothing and Other Products: If the return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus any original shipping charges.
   
• Food and Skincare Products: These items are typically non-refundable unless there is an issue with the product, such as it being defective or damaged during transit.
   
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong product).
